brand new ac unit, only been used hand full of times. instead of the cheap plastic side that let's the cool air go back outside I got styrofoam insulation board to go with it to keep the cool air in and hot air out had it as a back up incase something happened with our indoor unit. toggle switch missing but works just fine as is/you just have to plug it in instead of using the power switch can get one at lowes or home depot or any where that sales electrical supplies for fairly cheap(5, 10) if you can purchase the toggle switch my husband can put it on quick. works great, clean. we are moving so we are selling it
